Working Heart Pressure Volume Kits
These isolated heart kits are designed to use one of state-of-the-art technology to simultaneously measure beat to beat left ventricular pressure and volume of isolated rodent hearts in working heart mode via an apical stab method. They also provide internal ECG measurements via the appropriate PV catheter.

For measuring left ventricular pressure volume of a mouse working heart experiment via an apical stab method. It includes a MPVS-Ultra Single Segment Pressure-Volume Unit, Volume Calibration Cuvette (Mouse PV Catheters), MPVS-Ultra Single Segment Cable Kit and Mouse PV Catheter (1F, 4E, 3.5mm, 4.5cm, PI, Non Repairable). Apical stab needle is not included.
